Our Story
Yogesh Hardasani always dreamt of entrepreneurship, he had no idea that his Grandfather’s Food Processing business would one day become his livelihood and fulfil dream of his entrepreneurship. His journey to opening Bake Buds was just the beginning.
Yogesh pursue a degree in engineering, and then masters in finance management, after initially doing job in Supply Chain Management in India and KSA it didn’t take him long to realize that he wanted to pursue something else. When he came back to India, he realized that he wanted to follow his Grandfathers footsteps and start his own Food Processing Industry.
In 2017, when the Govt of India was promoting programs like Start up India, make in India, and MOFPI schemes to encourage new entrepreneurs, the idea of establishing Dheer Food Industries found its stepping stone.
With the support of his father, family and friends, he worked tirelessly to provide his customers with the very best tasting experiences in Surat and year old recipe of his grandfather, his vision came to life as “Bake Buds”. Bake Buds is registered trademark of Dheer Food Industries
He is beyond proud of his dream Bake Buds, family-like staff and customers who make Bake Buds what it is today. His customers and passion are his inspiration for continual expansion into new markets and new baked product ranges.
