Order Cancellation

We will be unable to cancel the order after 24 hrs of order placement, or if the order shipping is initiated from our end, whichever is the case.

To cancel the order place the request within 24 hrs of order placement to [email protected] (From 10am-5pm,Mon-Sat),We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.The order refund will be made in 15 days of eligible cancellation requests.

Returns and Refund

We don’t accept returns of any of our products. A piece once sold can’t be taken back. We strictly do not provide any refunds.

 Exchange

We provide exchange services, in case of a damage or if the wrong order item gets delivered. In that scenario, the exchange will be done on our expense and the product will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must raise the request within 3 days of order delivery,and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not opened or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
